He has plan for us, and we being his children must fulfill our purpose. Our purpose is not just to eat, drink and fun in this earth. We may not know what our talents are, but later, though continual prayer we can see why God created us. He created us so that we can fulfill our purpose and live for him. Only because my parents wanted someone to share their happiness so I’ve been born.
This is not just for us. If it would be just for us I would live freely and have fun. Our life has responsibilities towards our parents. They have failed and labor for me. Now they will soon be growing old and week. If I don’t do anything for them, then I have cheated them, and I have cheated myself; I have forsaken my duty. We must always respect and obey them and be the support of their old age. We must live for them. We can’t live them alone. We can never repay them for what they have done for us. We must do everything what we can do for them.
There are different steps of our life. First comes infant where we can so anything. Our parents look and care for us. Then comes education which is the most important thing in our life. It is the main thing we must do in this earth. This is the hardest step of our life which we are suffering now. Then we have to be indeperidable . We should stand in our feet, do a job and live our life in our own. Then comes marriage, then comes a baby in its carriage. We will soon be marrying a girl who will be our lifelong partner forever. Babies will come too and so will responsibilities. We will have to live for the sake of our family. We must strive to rear our children in the best way possible so that they may grow up into intelligent, mature human beings. Who can and will strive to prosper our country. I have got the best education in Nepal for which millions of fellow Nepalese would do anything to get it. Our country Nepal is developing country into the mainstream of the present generations where man has ever landed on the moon, while people in Nepal are still worshipping it as a god. We have greater responsibilities.
So life is not just for us. It is for our parents, family, country and many other things. We must not be like that kind who says, “What’s the use? What can I do alone for this country?” If we don’t live for our country thon we’ve remained as blobs of protoplasm. A person who can’t endure hardships and take responsibilities that are thrust into his arms.
We have things to live for – our parents, our family, our country, and God. But now we are just in the half step. So, we should focuses on this. There is a whole life to do other things and be merry for our lives.
